Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

• All Services Non-Refundable: Due to the custom digital nature, manual allocation of engineering/SEO resources, and immediate execution of our services, SnoopDigi operates under a strict no-refunds policy.

• Deposits and Retainers: All setup fees, initial deposits for website design, and monthly recurring retainers for SEO or Google Business Profile optimization are 100% non-refundable from the moment payment is processed.

2. Contract Termination and Notice Period

• 30-Day Written Notice Requirement: Clients may choose to discontinue recurring services (such as monthly SEO or GMB maintenance) at any time. To cancel, the client must submit a formal written notice strictly via email to hello@snoopdigi.com at least thirty (30) days prior to their next scheduled billing cycle.

• Immediate Termination Option: If a client requests immediate cancellation without providing a 30-day notice, they must pay an immediate cancellation fee equal to thirty (30) days of service to close out ongoing tasks.

• No Partial or Prorated Refunds: If a contract is canceled midway through an active billing cycle, services will continue until the end of that cycle. No prorated or partial refunds will be provided for unused days within that month.

• Special Event Packages: Cancellations for time-sensitive, seasonal, or special event-based campaigns coordinated by our sales team are strictly not accepted without a full 30 days’ advance notice due to upfront resource allocation.

3. Forfeiture of Claims Due to Client Delays or Interference

SnoopDigi will not process any form of refund, credit, or compensation if campaign performance or project delivery is hindered by the following client-side actions:

• Failure to Provide Access: The client fails to provide necessary website administrative credentials, hosting access, or Google Business Profile management invitations required to execute optimization.

• Third-Party Interference: The client independently implements unapproved technical SEO changes, alters website architecture, or modifies Google Business Profile settings during the active contract period.

• Hiring Competitors: The client concurrently engages another SEO agency or third-party digital marketer to work on the same website domain or GMB listing during our active contract.

• Disregarding Professional Strategy: The client actively disregards SnoopDigi’s guidelines, core recommendations, and approved White-Hat strategies (including keyword optimization, structure changes, and content upgrades).

• Project Abandonment / Inactivity: The project or campaign goes stalled, inactive, or completely on hold for more than 30 consecutive days due to missing client content, approvals, or feedback.

4. Strict Chargeback and Dispute Policy

• Agreement on Services Rendered: The customer understands and explicitly agrees that by purchasing services from SnoopDigi, they are receiving custom digital labor.

• Fraudulent Chargeback Clause: In the event that a customer initiates a credit card chargeback, merchant dispute, or bank reversal for payments owed or services already rendered, SnoopDigi will present this signed document, all written email communication, and time-tracked project sign-offs directly to the issuing bank and merchant processor to prove completion of work.

• Collections and Legal Recovery: If a client successfully forces a chargeback reversal through their bank for valid work completed, SnoopDigi reserves the standard right to treat the reversed balance as an immediate overdue debt. The client will be held liable for the original invoice amount, plus a $250.00 chargeback administrative fee, late fees as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, and any collection or legal fees incurred by SnoopDigi during recovery efforts.
